Stallion Systems is a proprietary platform and trading name of Stallion Leads (Ontario-registered) (“Stallion Leads,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you visit stallionsystems.io (the “Site”) and when we process information in connection with the Stallion Systems platform (the “Services”). The Site and Services are intended for business users.

1) Roles: Controller vs Processor (SaaS Architecture)

A) Account Data (Company is Controller)

“Account Data” is information about you (our customer and authorized users) that we collect to create and administer accounts, provide support, manage billing, and operate the business.

B) Client Data (Company is Processor)

“Client Data” is information that you upload, import, store, or transmit in the Services about your own contacts, customers, prospects, or recipients.

For Client Data:

  • You are the controller (or equivalent role under applicable law).
  • We act as a processor (or service provider) and process Client Data only on your documented instructions, as reflected in your configuration and use of the Services and applicable agreements.

2) Information We Collect

A) Information you provide (Account Data)

We may collect:

  • Name, company name, job title, business email, business phone number
  • Account credentials and administrative metadata
  • Billing address and subscription details
  • Support requests and communications (including message content and attachments)

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

B) Information collected automatically (Site)

We may collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, language
  • Pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

C) Client Data processed in the Services

Depending on your configuration and use, Client Data may include contact details, message logs, opt-out status, communication metadata, and voice artifacts such as call recordings or transcripts.

3) How We Use Information

A) How we use Account Data (Controller)

We use Account Data to:

  • Provide, administer, and support the Services
  • Process payments, invoices, and account management
  • Send operational notices (billing, security alerts, maintenance, service changes)
  • Improve security, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements
  • Respond to inquiries and schedule demos
  • Send marketing communications where permitted and consistent with your preferences and applicable law

B) How we process Client Data (Processor)

We process Client Data to:

  • Provide the Services as configured by you
  • Maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the platform
  • Provide customer support upon request
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use Client Data to market our own services to your recipients.

4) How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information collected on the Site.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that help operate the Site and Services (for example hosting, infrastructure, analytics, customer support, communications providers, and payment processors)
  • Legal and enforcement where required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice requirements

5) Mobile Data Zero-Sharing (Non-Negotiable)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We may share mobile information only with vendors that deliver, support, or troubleshoot messaging services (including aggregators and carriers) and only to the extent necessary to provide the Services and comply with law.

  • Enable core Site functionality

Depending on your location and applicable law (including PIPEDA and provincial laws), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain Account Data, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 11) Children’s Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
